We are pleased to announce the successful relocation and grand opening of our hearing acoustics branch “Centers for Good Hearing” in Merzig. You can now find us in the new, modern premises at Poststraße 5, 66663 Merzig – directly across from our previous address.

To celebrate this special occasion, we held a travel sweepstakes – and now the winners have been determined!

Congratulations to Mrs. Maria Christian!
She is the lucky winner of a trip to Flanders. Her joy was immense when we called to share the good news. Mrs. Christian had entered the correct number of ears on our sweepstakes card and personally handed it to us on opening day. She also took the opportunity to explore our new premises with great curiosity.

Mr. Günther Schuster can also celebrate!
The former entrepreneur was visibly delighted when he was determined to be the second winner. Having previously presented prizes himself, it was a wonderful experience for him to receive one for a change – as evidenced by his broad smile in the photo.

The Award

At the end of February 2025, the popular German superstar Senta Berger, as patron, celebrated the winners of the TOP 100 Audiologists 2025/2026 competition. In a festive setting in Düsseldorf, she presented the certificates to the beaming award recipients.

This year, Roman Wagner Hörgeräte GmbH, with its Schweich and Saarburg locations, was once again among this top group. The managing directors Roman Wagner, Kai Glinke, and Rouven Willkomm-Krell are justifiably proud of their achievement.

The independent jury of science and marketing experts, represented by the BGW Institute for Innovative Market Research in Düsseldorf, selected the TOP 100 Audiologists 2025/2026 from all competition participants.

The independent jury, composed of experts from science and marketing and represented by the BGW Institute for Innovative Market Research in Düsseldorf, had the difficult task of selecting the audiologists who demonstrate exceptional customer-oriented thinking and action from all applicants. The decision was based on a 17-page questionnaire, which, combined with numerous business visits and intensive mystery shopping – during which all applicant information was thoroughly scrutinized – painted a comprehensive picture of the companies’ performance and customer orientation.

Above-average performance was required under strict criteria, which were measured in the following categories, among others:

The outstanding results from business reviews and anonymous mystery shopping, combined with a special readiness for service and a personal approach, made these 100 audiologists undisputed pioneers in customer-oriented thinking and action.

The patron herself was so impressed by the high level of customer orientation among the winners that she was able to convincingly refute the frequently cited thesis of “Germany as a service desert.”
